| MK Director Rupert McGowan-Kemp has completed his second half-marathon in as many months. Training was less frequent recently due to a busy period at MK, not least the Ifra trade show, but he still managed to beat his personal best by over 10 minutes! The photo shows Rupert at about 11 miles - feeling a bit worse for wear! |  |
